I have a furnished room available in a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat, only 2 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station, with the Victoria line and the Suffragette overground.

The flat has a proper shared living room that is furnished, so it feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

The room is furnished and has a built in wardrobe. Please note the chest of drawers in the photos is not included. Also, the bed in the photos is not the bed that will be in the room, a different bed will be provided.

Kitchen includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. I also have a microwave, blender, iron, grill, vacuum cleaner and other kitchenware that you are welcome to use as long as everything is handled with care and kept clean.

This is a calm home. No parties in the flat. If you want to host, the resident rooms can be booked for free.
I work from home and I prefer someone who is mostly office based. I do plan on going to the office too, but I cannot promise fixed days yet.
Cleanliness and hygiene matter a lot to me, especially in shared spaces. The living room and kitchen should stay clean and tidy.
Not suitable for couples. No smoking and no vaping, this is non negotiable.
