Looking for a flatmate to share a modern 2 bed 2 bath flat, only 2 minutes walk from Blackhorse Road station, with the Victoria line and the Suffragette overground. On the Victoria line it takes under 15 mins to King's Cross and about 18 to Oxford Circus.

The flat has a proper shared living room that is furnished, so it feels like a home rather than just a place to sleep.

Kitchen is fully equipped; it includes a dishwasher, fridge, oven and hob. I also have a microwave, blender, iron, grill, vacuum cleaner and other kitchenware that you are welcome to use as long as everything is handled with care and kept clean.

Price note: The price quoted in the ad is based on a 6 month term: £1,200 pcm per room (includes the one off 3 weeks rent free offer, spread across the term). If we take a 12 month term, it would be £1,286 pcm per room with the same offer. We can take up to a 3 years extension.
