The kitchen has integrated appliances (including a dishwasher), and the open-plan living area leads out to a large balcony overlooking the gardens. There’s a utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. It’s a secure building with video entrance system and fob entry. There’s plenty of cycle storage too if that’s of interest.
Your Room
Double bed with a window overlooking the gardens so it’s quiet. There is a plenty of storage - 3-door wardrobe, chest of drawers, with an underbed storage and a bed side table. There is also a desk, should you need to wfh or study. The main bathroom would be for your needs as there is en-suite in my room.
Transport & Area
It’s a really well connected area, right next to Blackhorse Road station (Victoria line and London Overground -Zone 3) so it’s particularly handy if you’re a young professional or just want to be able to get around easily. The surrounding area has had a real glow-up in recent years, so the neighbourhood has a bit more buzz. There are communal gardens, on-site shops and cafes, and even yoga on offer. There are also climbing studios nearby, as well as great spots for pizza.
