A comfy single room is available in my Warner-flat in Walthamstow. The flat is modern and comfortable and clean with a kitchen just being fitted (photos show WIP!), renovated bathroom, wooden floors, and plenty of natural light throughout. The room comes with a comfortable and new single bed, chest of drawers, hanging space, and desk with shelving in place.

You’ll be sharing with a professional (male, late 30s) and a friendly (excitable!) cocker spaniel, so this room would suit someone who likes dogs. There is another girl in the third bedroom for the next couple of months. The flat has a comfy living area, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, quartz worktops... new kitchen will be finished by the time you'd move in), and a modern bathroom with good water pressure.

Location:
- Bang in the middle (5 mins either way) between Blackhorse Road (Victoria line) and St James's (Overground)
- Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and Walthamstow Village
- Easy access to parks and green spaces, marshes, Epping Forest
