Hello!

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over a lovely double room in a Warner flat near Blackhorse Road. The flat has a lot of charm and a small garden.

The room is bright, well-sized with a wall to ceiling built-in wardrobe and comes furnished (furniture is mine, can be flexible).

The location is super convenient - a short walk to Blackhorse Road, with quick access to central London, or St James Street overground for East London and close to nice cafés, breweries and green spaces around Walthamstow.

A bit about me: I’m a Senior Creative Project Manager working in-house for a sportswear brand. My schedule can be quite full, so I enjoy coming home to a calm, easy-going space. I’m social but not a party household - more dinners, chats and the occasional glass of wine than late nights.

I also have a kitten, so you’d need to be comfortable living with a cat.

Who I’m looking for: Someone friendly, respectful and easy to live with, who’s also looking for a relaxed and comfortable home. Ideally a working professional with a similar lifestyle - independent but open to the occasional shared moment.
