The room is in a premium 3-flatmate flat on the 6th floor with exceptional south-facing views over wetlands and football fields, stretching across to Canary Wharf, Stratford, and much of London's skyline. Both the room and kitchen are very spacious.
The building is under a minute's walk from Blackhorse Road station and a nearby bus stop. On the Victoria line: King's Cross in ~15 minutes, UCL in ~17 minutes, and KCL/LSE (Holborn) in ~30 minutes.
Building amenities include a cinema room, 8 ball pool, ping pong table, roof terrace, gym, events organised, and extremely friendly and helpful staff.
