3 month sublet in lovely Walthamstow house

Hi there!

I’m going on tour for a few months over the summer so I need to sublet my lovely room in Walthamstow whilst I’m away.

The house is a 3-bed mid terrace with an open plan living room kitchen, one bathroom and one separate toilet room, a lovely garden, and on street parking. The room is a large double which will be furnished with a bed, a desk, two clothes rails, one bedside cabinet, and loads of extra storage spaces on shelves built into the walls. There is also more storage space throughout the house.

You will be living with Oscar, 30, and Rob, 25, who are both lawyers and both work a couple of days from home a week. They’re cracking lads who are super friendly and welcoming, love to chat about all things sport or watch a bit of Netflix together as a house. A few pints here and there as well of course! They are also completely respectful of needing your own space and privacy.

The room is available from 5th May until the 29th July and will be £750 a month (or per day adjusted for any shorter stays). All bills included!
