THE AREA
This is a well-connected part of Walthamstow with a good mix of convenience and green space. Shops for everyday essentials are right by the building, with more local options close by. You are also near cafes, restaurants, fitness studios, yoga and pilates options, climbing, and Walthamstow Wetlands for walks and fresh air.
