Bright Double Room with En-Suite - Blackhorse Road

My flatmate is heading off travelling for the next few months, so we have a lovely room available from June–September, with the possibility to extend if their travels continue.

The room is a bright double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, in a modern flat within a lovely building. We also have a large balcony which is perfect in the summer.

The flat is just a 3-minute walk from London Underground Blackhorse Road station, with fast links on the Victoria line, you can get to King’s Cross Station in around 15 minutes.

The area is great too, we’re close to the wetlands for walks, there are a few great breweries nearby, plus a Pilates and yoga studio near the station, and Yonder Climbing Centre climbing wall close by.

You’d be living with me, I’m a working professional in marketing. I’m in the office two days a week and split my time between the flat and my boyfriend’s place. I also travel home some weekends to see family, so the flat is often pretty relaxed and quiet.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone independent and easygoing, but also up for the occasional glass of wine and binge-watching a series together in the evenings.
