You can be at Kings Cross in 15 mins and Oxford Circus in 20 mins. Victoria line is also 24 hours on weekends!

Co-op is a 1 min walk away, Tesco 5 mins, Lidl 10 mins. We’re surrounded by cafes, local climbing center, local CrossFit gym, new yoga/pilates studios, the Blackhorse Beer Mile, Walthamstow Wetlands/marshes and a new events complex is being built down the road.

Third-culture kid: UK roots, born in the US, raised in the Middle East, studied in the US, worked in Italy, now London-based since 2021. Big on travel (you’ll often have the place to yourself!), music, art, stand up comedy, psychology podcasts and bouldering 3x/week at our local climbing center.
