We're looking for a friendly, considerate female professional to join our flatshare from 1 August.

The flat is just a 5-minute walk from Blackhorse Road station, with excellent Victoria Line and Overground connections into central London. The neighbourhood offers easy access to Walthamstow Wetlands, local cafés, breweries and plenty of green space.

The apartment is located within a modern, monitored residential development with an on-site reception desk operating Monday to Friday, providing an added level of security and convenience.

The available room is an unfurnished double room with good natural light. It comfortably accommodates a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelving/storage unit.

Please note that the room will be let unfurnished. However, the outgoing flatmate is moving abroad and has a complete bedroom furniture set available to purchase separately, including a bed (base, headboard and mattress), desk, chest of drawers, tallboy and bedside table.

The flat benefits from an open-plan kitchen and living area and a large balcony, which provides plenty of space for relaxing, entertaining and working from home. While the bedroom is better suited to sleeping and storage than a full desk setup, the incoming flatmate would have priority use of the shared space for home working, as the other housemates have dedicated desks in their bedrooms.

You'll be sharing with two friendly professionals in their 30s who work in the furniture industry. We've lived in the flat for over two and a half years and genuinely enjoy living here. We work a mix of home and office days and enjoy a sociable, relaxed atmosphere— love to chat over dinner or a drink at the beer mile, while also respecting each other's independence and downtime. We love to create, so always down for a wee craft session! We keep the flat clean and tidy and are looking for someone who'll do the same.
