The flat is equipped with a spacious living room and kitchen, as well as a balcony. There are two bathrooms of which one is in an ensuite. Lighting is good and you can enjoy the sun on our sunbeds. There is storage space shared with everyone by the corridor.
In the winter, underfloor heating is adjustable for every room so you never need to worry about the cold.
The building has amazing facilities including gym, 24hour reception/security, co-working space, courtyard, bike storage, parcel room, communal kitchen and recreational areas.

The flat is situated 2 minutes walk from the blackhorse road station and can bring you to King's cross in 16minutes!

Move in date is negotiable but preferably on the 17th August.

Flatmates:
Rosie (30, PhD student) and Elsie (28, audio-visual tech) share one of the rooms. Elsie loves fermenting things, so there is always yummy sauerkraut in the fridge! Rosie loves baking and will probably make a Tres Leches cake for your birthday 🎂
Sairah (28, works in the rail industry) lives in the en-suit. She cooks delicious meals and will be always up for going to the gym or the buildings' socials, if you want to!!
