I’m looking for a new female flatmate with the contract starting at the end of August/start of September. You'd be on the tenancy.

The room comes furnished with a super king-size bed, bedside tables, a double mirrored wardrobe, additional storage and under-bed drawers.

The room also has its own **private ensuite bathroom** with a bath, toilet and sink, so you'll have your own space without needing to share a bathroom.

You will be living with one other woman in the other bedroom. This is not a party flat, but somewhere cosy, peaceful and clean to call a home while enjoying gorgeous nature/water views. It doesn't feel like you're in London, but is 16 minutes on the Victoria Line directly to Oxford Circus, and 25 minutes to London Fields/Mare Street.

Bills come to approximately **£161 per person, per month**, including council tax, utilities and internet.
