Hiya!

I'm looking for a buddy up for a stunning 2 bed luxury apartment with a big balcony by Blackhorse Road. Literally 3 min walk from the tube station. Move in date – before end of September. If you’re not too familiar with this area, it’s right by the wetlands and all the massive breweries, as well a short bus/tube ride away from Walthamstow village.

Rent would be £1325 PM plus Bills - HOWEVER ... there is a massive perk for being my housemate (in terms of saving money if you are someone who uses public transport – please DM me for more details) 😊

The room is a big double room (unfurnished if needed), already has a massive built-in wardrobe, and enough space for a double bed, desk, chest of drawers. Massive bathroom which you will have the sole use of.

I have ALL kitchen stuff AND living room furniture including dining table and chairs.
