The flat is in Blackhorse Mills. It is spacious, has a balcony & large outdoor terrace and is opposite Blackhorse Rd tube station, which is on the Victoria line and overground (Suffragette line).
It has access to a free gym, outdoor swimming pool, workspace and communal terraces. It is a 3 bed flat but you would only be living with me, and I use the 3rd rooms as an office. I run my own fashion sales agency and have a 1 year old Cavapoo who is very friendly and pretty easy going :) As am I!
The caveat is that I’m moving out on the 13th November but if you we’re looking for something long term you could stay and find a new flatmate (or two if you wanted to fill the 3rd bedroom as well)
