The house has 3 floors and a bathroom on top and first floor . Only need to share bathroom with 2 other females.. . 5-10 minutes walk to either Blackhorse Road ( Victoria Line) or St James Street Station ( Overground). 15 Minutes to Central London.
House has living room, dining room large kitchen and garden.
Shopping is amazing as just 3 minutes walk to longest market it Europe (Walthamstow Market).
5 minutes walk to also to Europes largest urban wetlands and Lea Valley.
Close to two underground stations on Victoria Line Blackhorse Road and Overground St James Street.
