Hey All,

I have a great-sized double available in my flat beginning on the 1st of July 2024. The initial contract will be 7 months and the following will be 6 or 12 based on preference.

Rent is £1150 all-inclusive bills with basic toiletries and cleaning products.

- Balcony
- Located close to multiple transport links. Canning, town,
Canary Wharf, Blackwall and Limehouse.

Professionals PREFERRED please. A work reference or contract and 3 months of payslips will be required.

You'll be sharing with only me, this is a 2 bed 1 bath apartment.
