Hey my friend and I are looking for a third person to take the en-suite bedroom in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment situated in London city island , 5min walk from Canning Town underground/DLR station the building is really luxurious it has a 24 hours concierge,2 gyms, sauna, jacuzzi and games room the flat also has a balcony and a really spacious living room and an amazing views ! You gonna live with
Bella 25 yo works in banking and she works from home 2-3 times a week she is super friendly and bubbly! And Lama (me) I am a student at Greenwich university doing business entrepreneurship and innovation and I’m away most of the time either at uni or at work I’m also super easy going and friendly and we both love a clean and tidy space so we are looking for someone who shares the same values as us we would love to become friends and creat a safe , peaceful and cozy living environment !
We are ideally looking for either a working professional who makes a minimum of 42k a year so he/she could pass the reference check or a student who has a Uk based guarantor who makes minimum 55k a year !
The flat is one of the nicest places I have seen in London and we are eager to get it ASAP
