Double bedroom in a 3 bedroom modern apartment

I am looking for a female professional to take over my contract as early as 16th December 2024 as I am moving out of the country in December. It is a double bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, shared with other 2 females who are young professionals.

More details:
- Contract is on a rolling basis
- Rent is not inclusive of bills, but it is inclusive of council tax
- Bills for wifi, heating, electricity and water are currently handled by the current flatmates. You can expect to pay around £80-£100 for monthly bills. depending on the usage
- You may be expected to handle the payment of one of the bills (electricity) since that is what I am handling currently, Process is easy and will be explained to you further
- House is 6min walk from the Blackwall DLR and 13min walk from Canary Wharf Jubilee, Elizabeth Line and the central of Canary Wharf
- You will share a toilet with one of the current tenants, The third room is an en-suite
- Communal areas include kitchen and living room
- A double bed, white ikea drawer, wardrobe, full length mirror, coat stand, desk, chair, fan are what will come with the room
- You are welcomed for a house viewing from the 25/11 until 1/12
