Double bedroom for rent - 15 minute walk from CW

2-bed flat, 1 room occupied by a v chill couple, we’re looking for someone to take the second bedroom, both rooms are about the same size. Smokers welcome but no smoking in the flat at all of course. There’s on street parking too. It’s a really quiet residential area with an off license downstairs and the river a matter of meters away.

All bills included as is a dishwasher, open to extending tenancy if all goes well :)

We love cooking, probably will have people over once a week if that, gatherings on birthdays etc.

The flat is lovely and room will come furnished with a bed and wardrobe at the very least! (video taken by landlord as he is still in the process of moving out but flat is available to view)
