The Flat:
The flat has three spacious double bedrooms, one having an en suite, that all have space to fit a desk for working from home if needed.
Located by the front door is a utility room with a washer dryer. There’s more than enough room for shoe racks and coat racks to store any items out of the way of the long hallway.
Opposite the two bedrooms without an en suite is a large bathroom with both a shower and bath with more than enough room for two people’s toiletries behind the sink.
There is an open plan kitchen-living area. The sofa and chairs are included with the flat and there are built in microwave and oven spaces located by the balcony doors. The cupboard space is more than enough for three people and there is a built-in bin located under the sink.
Moving past the kitchen there is also a balcony overlooking the play area outside of the apartment building.

The Building:
The building requires you to scan your key fob to enter and there are lifts up to the flat as we’re on the 5th floor.
There is a designated concierge in the building next door for parcel deliveries so you won’t have to worry about anything going missing on delivery.
There is a larger balcony located on the 5th floor which is communal and open all day once the sun passes over the personal flat balcony at the back of the building.

Surrounding Area:
There is a Tesco Extra within a two-minute walk of the building and a petrol station located opposite across the road. There is also an Iceland store within five minutes further down the road.
The high street at the end of the road has various takeaway food options and a short walk to Canary Wharf offers bars and other food options. The local pub ‘The Greenwich Pensioner’ is located one road away with a pub quiz every Wednesday.
Next to Blackwall station there are coffee shops and a barber shop (which we’ve all used before) and a yoga studio.
Having the DLR station so close-by also makes it easy to make your way to Greenwich too.

Price:
Rent = £3,750 pcm (£1,250 per person pcm)
Bills = between £270 - £310 pcm (£90-£110 for gas, electric, heating, wi-fi, council tax, water all included).
Holding Deposit = £692.30 (£230.77 per person)
Deposit = 5 weeks rent
Wi-fi will have to be set up by you personally but our current wi-fi costs are included in the ‘bills’ section.

Moving in:
We have had to move away from the flat due to personal reasons and work commitments elsewhere so when moving in, once you have passed the checks with the estate agents, you would be taking over our tenancy which finishes at the end of October 2025. Then the renewal of the lease would be fairly straightforward for the following year to October 2026.
