Room in 3-bed apartment in Poplar

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Wharfside Point South Apartment in Poplar. I'm moving out because I'm heading back home to Scotland.

• Shared Space: The living room has a 65-inch TV and a balcony.
• The Building: There is a concierge (handy for parcels) and an elevator.
• Bathroom: You’ll share the main bathroom with one other flatmate. There is also an additional separate toilet room in the flat.

1-minute walk to Blackwall Station, which is very convenient if you work in the City. And a 10–15 minute walk to Canary Wharf, with easy access to the Elizabeth Line, Jubilee, and DLR.

You’ll be sharing with two guys in their mid-twenties. They are both professionals and friends outside of the flat, so it’s a social, friendly environment. They’re very respectful of each other's space and keep the place chill and tidy.

• Available: 4th March (I'm flexible and happy to move out earlier if you need the room sooner).

• Lease Ends: 4th November.
