Ensuite room available!

Hi!
My friend and I are looking for someone to take over the Ensuite room in our gorgeous duplex apartment located at 4 minutes walk from All Saints and Blackwall.

The house is a modern built and comes with a fully furnished kitchen and living room. The house has 3 bed- 2 bath and a guest W/C.
My friend (28 y/o, m) works in Canary Wharf and I work in Central London in retail. He works from home 2-3 times a week and I work 5 days a week (no wfh for me unfortunately)

We both are very clean and like to keep the place really nice and tidy. We’re just not looking for a flatmate but also someone who we can actually hang out with post work or do some activities with. Ofc we’d enjoy our private time and space as well.

The room comes with a balcony as well so that’s a ++

The kitchen will have all the equipments like an airfryer and a toaster etc.
I also have a TV that we’re planning to put in the living room.
