Double room in 2-bed flat near Canary Wharf E14

Hello! I have a furnished double room available in my cosy 2-bed flat in Blackwall near Canary Wharf, as my flatmate is sadly moving in with her boyfriend. Move-in date is September 18th, however it may be possible to move in around the 6th. Rent is £1124 per month plus bills (£160-200).

The room
The room comes with a double bed, small desk (not pictured), office chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelf. There are 2 large windows so the room feels bright, and there is good insulation so you don’t get noise from the road.

The flat
The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area with a comfy sofa. There is a big bathroom that we’ll be sharing. We have a 24-hour concierge (which we have good relationships with) so they can collect parcels while we’re away.

• 3 min walk to Blackwall DLR station (12-min journey to Bank and Tower Gateway)
• 15 min walk to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth line, Jubilee line with night Tube on weekends)

• Tesco Express <1 min walk, Waitrose and M&S ~15 min walk in Canary Wharf
• Asian supermarket ~10 min walk
• Lidl, Big Tesco, Big Asda ~15 mins by bus

About me
You’ll be living with me, Clarissa! I’m 25, originally from Hong Kong but have lived in Edinburgh/London for the past few years. I work 9-5 as a UX designer in corporate with 4 days work from home. I’ve lived in this flat for a year and have genuinely loved it as we’re in a good area. Alongside my own life, my former flatmate and I enjoyed spending time together watching shows, going to the local pub quiz, doing sporty/crafty activities, and going to the O2 (really close by!) on last-minute concert tickets. So ideally I’d love to find someone I really get along with :)

I’d love to find someone who:
• Is a female young professional in her 20s with a 9-5 schedule
• Will collaboratively keep the flat clean and tidy and treat it like a home
• Unfortunately no students or couples

Minimum salary requirement of £20k as required by agency or UK-based guarantor.
