Flat in central London

I have a double bedroom available in a flat located in central London (5 mins walk from Kings cross). I am looking for a professional to move in. The Flat has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I am moving to the US in April so whoever moves in will have the flat to themselves for the vast majority of the time.

The flat is ideal for someone who works in zone 1 with most places within easy walking distance. Oxford street/convent garden is a 12-15 min walk away.

Angel/Moorgate/Farringdon/St Pauls are are also nearby. There are excellent transport links with Kings cross and Euston station a 5 min walk.

The flat has has wooden floors throughout the hallway and living room and there is a separate kitchen with all appliances. The kitchen and Bathroom has been newly refurbished and the full place decorated. The flat has wi-fi.

The spare bedroom is the second one shown on the video and has a chest of draws, wardrobe and double bed. I also have extra storage space available in the hallway. The carpet is new.
