Sunny Room, old house, cats, no Kitchen

Lovely quiet room, overlooking gardens suitable for a mature student or similar in a family home near Kings Cross and Russell Sq. All bills are included. Room is fully furnished with double bed, table, built in cupboards, kettle and mini fridge. The room is 3.7X 3m and bigger than it looks in photos. The carpets and fridge are new and bedding can be provided. The bathroom is shared with one other person. There is very fast wi fi, washing machine and dryer you can use.

I am looking for someone who likes cats and would be willing to help feed my cats when I am away. Ideal person would care about the environment.

Please note that because of the awkward layout of this old house the room has only a very limited use of kitchen and is suitable for someone who mostly eats out and does not mind not cooking at home. It's like a hotel room where there is a mini fridge and kettle but no cooking facilities.

If you are happy with that you will live in a a very nice room in a private house in a quiet street in central London. We have a garden that you are welcome to use, and there is a small park on same street.

We are a friendly and caring small family of two people. We care about our privacy and yours and will be looking to make you comfortable.

Short term of min 2 months or weekdays only is welcome.
