Two nice, cozy, and newly furnished double rooms will be available for rent from September 1st, 2024, in the Bloomsbury area (WC1H). It’s just a 5-minute walk from Kings Cross, Russell Square, SOAS, and UCL, and close to essential stores and the tube station.
Preference will be given to PhD students from nearby universities such as UCL, SOAS, LSE, and others.
For students attending SOAS, UCL, LSE, LBS, and Kings, this location is very convenient. Everything is within walking distance, and public transport is rarely needed.
Room Availability: The room will be available from September 1st, 2024.
The house is ideal for PhD students (as well as professionals) from SOAS, LSE, UCL, and Kings College, or those working at nearby companies, eliminating the need for tube, bus, or taxi travel. The current tenants, finishing their MA/MSc studies, are from UCL, LSE, and SOAS. It’s perfect for students.
Monthly Rent: £950, including all bills except council tax (full-time students are exempt). A security deposit of £950 is required, which will be fully refunded at the end of the tenancy agreement or can be applied to the final month’s rent.
The house is generally very quiet, clean, and tidy. If you prefer a peaceful space with no disturbances, this is the ideal place for you. However, if you enjoy big parties and regular social gatherings, this may not be suitable.
Viewings: Viewings will be arranged only on Saturdays and Sundays, from 12 pm to 6 pm.
