I am looking for a new tenant to take up my contract at Bloomsbury Hall until 4th of July in 2020 (until the end of Term 3).

Please note the new tenant should be a student enrolled in a university in London.

The room is for a single occupant, it comes equipped with a double bed, closet, desk and chair and a tabletop near the window which you could use for extra shelf or study space etc.

It is a privately owned student halls, and you will be sharing facilities like toilets, shower and kitchen with other students living in the same floor. Communal cleaning is provided every Monday.

All bills are included except for WIFI. You will need to get your own router to connect to the internet.
