Hi,

Our flat is in leafy Bloomsbury. It’s extremely central and has great transport links because it is just across the road from King’s Cross, St. Pancras and Euston train stations – as well as close to the British Library, Russell Square, the British Museum and Oxford Street.

WC1H 9DQ - You will see how central it is if you look it up on Google maps.

You would be staying with Art (a civil servant) and Anthony (a University Administrator) - we are both in our 30s.

So, the flat consists of three bedrooms, one large one (Art), another large one (Anthony) and one small one (the room for rent). There is a small kitchen, which has an oven, hobs, sink, fridge, freezer, blender, microwave, rice-cooker and Nespresso machine as well as the normal assortment of pots, pans and plates. You are 100% welcome to use all these facilities. There is also a small hallway and a small bathroom (shower and toilet). Small but central! ☺

The advertised room shall contain a double bed, a table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and lots of storage.

The area is extremely well connected and is very vibrant, with many pubs and restaurants situated around us. In addition, it is a very safe area of London.

Queen Alexandra Mansions boasts four roof terraces, two of which can be accessed only if you have the key (which we do). These are the two higher roofs and they make a great setting for small, quiet, summer gatherings. Furthermore, for those of you who like views, we get some great views of the city and the station from the roof (which all visitors fall in love with). There is also a tranquil courtyard with lots of greenery and places to sit. The building is both friendly and quiet with a real diversity of interesting neighbours. It is taken care of by a live-in caretaker so that any issues are quickly remedied. It is an extremely secure building with an entry phone system.

The rent is £650. The bills per month (including gas, heating, council tax and Internet) are approximately £100. The deposit is £975. We are looking for someone to join the tenancy on or around the 7th of March..

Whole flat has just been repainted and recarpeted. The pictures of the room are from a previous tenant.
