This is a Small Single Room (shared kitchen and bathroom) available at Handel Mansions – UOL student accommodation, situated conveniently near UCL, Birkbeck and SOAS. It is within 3-minute walk to Russell Square station, 8-minute walk to King's Cross / St. Pancras station and 1-minute walk to The Brunswick Centre (Waitrose / Tesco / Sainsbury, etc.).

I am looking for someone to take over my contract as I am moving out early. The contract will end in September but an extension is possible via the University of London.

The next occupant will have to be a student who is studying at one of the universities under the University of London (e. g. UCL, KCL, Birkbeck, SOAS etc.).

This Small Single Shared room is furnished with:
double bed with a mattress
spacious desk, desk chair, desk lamp, whiteboard, small bin
drawers, shelves, wardrobe
window curtains

The spacious shared kitchen includes:
hobs, oven/grill, washing machine/tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, fridge-freezer and cupboards

There is a shared bathroom and a shared toilet with a sink in each, bathtub with a shower curtain, mirror and toilet.
