Description
Hello!
I'm looking for a flatmate to share this wonderful 2-bedroom apartment in a beautiful Victorian building. The room is medium-sized, full of light, fully furnished and with a lot of storage space. There is a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom.
Area is amazing, it is about 5min walk to Kings Cross / St Pancras Station and 8min walk to Euston station, so very good transport connections for travel within London or if you want to catch a train somewhere else. There is large Waitrose nearby and many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
Price: £1000 per month excluding bills and council tax.
Bills & council tax work out to be around £200-230 per month (depending on the season/gas price increases).
About myself: I work as a Senior Creative Marketing Manager in Old Street (currently working Tue-Thu in the office, and working from home on Mondays & Fridays). Outside work, I like walking around London and exploring the city, taking dance classes or PT, baking (apparently my honey cake is to die for!) going to museums & musicals, or just having a quite night at home with a good book or tv show. I love a good detective board game and once a year I tend to throw a themed murder mystery party (but don't worry, I don't throw regular loud parties, mostly occasional quiet dinners or crafting nights with friends). I also got into beaded embroidery in 2025 so if you're a crafty person & looking for someone to have chilled crafty evenings with, I'm your person!
I'm looking for someone friendly, tidy, responsible and considerate - I can be quite outgoing and will happily have long chats and dinners together on some days but l also appreciate having my own space. So ideally looking for someone with whom we'll respect each others' boundaries and privacy. Females preferred but wouldn't mind a male flatmate if we can get along. I'm not a party person and consider my home as a place to rest, but of course guests are welcome!
The room is available from 22nd February, however, there may be some flexibility with the move-in date and we can agree it with my current flatmate who will soon be moving out.
No smoking and sadly no animals are allowed.
Please get in touch if you're interested or have any questions. I would appreciate if you can also write a little about yourself - I am also happy to provide more information about myself.
NOTE: viewings available from w/c 5th Jan!
