Available Time: from June or July to 26/08/2023 (you decide the start date!)

Requirement: a full time student studying at a publicly funded university based in London

The Garden Halls is located in London City Centre. It is a newly developed Intercollegiate Hall, offering high quality student accommodation managed by the University of London.

Excellent Location: WC1H 9EN (3 min walk from British Library, 5 min walk from Kings Cross, 5 min walk from Russell Square, 7 min walk from UCL IOE, 12 min walk from UCL main campus)

Spacious Room: Townhouse Single (second floor)

The room is furnished with everything you need to move in:
-small double bed with a mattress
-spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
-drawers, shelves, wardrobe
-window blinds

The bathroom is shared with another female student. It has a shower, sink, toilet and a mirror with a storage facility and integrated socket for shavers.

There is a large kitchen with several induction cookers, ovens, microwaves, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezers and plenty of storage, as well as a communal dining space and a lounge area on the 1st floor.

The bathroom and kitchen is cleaned by the staff once a week.
