Looking for someone to take over my room in a 2 bedroom flat in Bloomsbury from 14 May (contract 14 May- 14 September)- can be flexible on start date- June start date will be considered. Must be a student for council tax reasons. Rent is £1,350 per month with all bills included. 2 months rent required as deposit but then won’t have to pay last 2 months rent.
