Double room in central London - 6 weeks ONLY

Hi potential future flatmate!

We are 3 creatives living in a Georgian townhouse in central London, 6 mins walk from Russell Square tube and 10 mins walk from Kings Cross station. We are looking for someone to fill our 4th bedroom for 6 weeks, just while we are between flatmates.

So if you're maybe looking for a temporary landing pad in London, or somewhere to stay while you're between places, this is the place for you.

It's a double furnished bedroom and we all share 2 bathrooms (both with a shower). We have a large kitchen and a separate very large living room.

We have a private garden and a lovely private square opposite the house that is only useable for people living around the square. It has BBQs, a tennis court and lots of green space. It's of great use in the spring!

We are friends living together in the flat and so we all get on very merrily and like to spend time together when we can - having chill wine evenings, sometimes making dinner together, or going to the nearby Curzon (3 mins away!) That being said, we all have busy social lives as individuals and we all like our own space. We all generally WFH for a few days a week. We'd be happy for you to fit into the flat in whatever way works for you.

It's really important to stress that this room is only available for 6 weeks, from April 15 until the end of May. After that, someone else will be moving in!

Our rent includes council tax which is £71.25 (£727.50 total per month). Bills are not included and usually come to roughly £60 per month.
