IMPORTANT: you need to be enrolled as a full time student studying at a publicly-funded university based in London to live in this hall.

Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Garden Halls from early May 2024 after my exams, until 22/06/2024. Exact move in date is flexible.

Garden Halls is a University of London accommodation with incredible facilities, located in the heart of Bloomsbury (between Russel Square and King's Cross St. Pancras). The hall gathers people from all universities part of University of London, so it's really diverse and welcoming.

• Single room with small double bed (120 cm), spacious desk, desk chair, pinboard, small bin
• Ensuite bathroom
• CATERED! Breakfast and dinner everyday (on weekends, it is brunch)
• Access to pantry with fridge, microwave, toaster and more
• Amazing facilities — games room, movie room, 2 music rooms (one with piano), laundromat, study room, bike storage are all examples.
• Free access to tennis courts (bookable) for Garden Halls residents only

Garden Halls is really one of the best student halls you can get in terms of location and facilities (clean, large and bright communal areas, study rooms), I highly recommend it. Do not hesitate to check UOL accommodation website for more information!
