Description

A comfortable double room on the raised ground floor of a purpose built block is available on a Monday to Friday basis. The flat is well located almost equal distance from Farringdon, Russell Square and Kings Cross stations. Both the City and the West End are within walking distance or can easily be cycled to using the Santander rental bikes.

There is a shared bathroom with 1 other male which includes space to leave toiletries. It's a quiet apartment so the space will suit someone who simply wants a comfortable and relaxing central location to stay while working in London during the week. The room is only being made available during the week so if someone needs to stay the occasional weekend in London, there is not a match I'm afraid. Just to be clear the room is available from a Monday evening until Friday morning.

There are 2 professional males living in the flat (also on a midweek basis), both work close by in Central London. The kitchen is naturally available to use. The current lodgers don't tend to cook much but do socialise and watch TV most evenings if they are in. ALL bills are included in the suggested rental price.

The apartment is cleaned at weekends and linen etc. is provided - one could view this arrangement as a semi permanent AirBnB solution! There is also no problem with leaving personal belongings in the room when away at weekends.
