I am a UCL student (3rd year PhD in Pharmacology) looking for a third flatmate (UCL student also) in our three-bedroom flat. The available room is a very nice, well-light room.

Flat specifications:

1) Location: near Fitzrovia/Bloomsbury; right next to UCLH
Helpful landmarks:
1. UCL Main Quad : 2 minutes
2. Lidl, Tesco, Boots : 2 minutes
3. Cruciform Library : 1 minute
4. Warren Street (Victoria and Northern Line) : 5 minutes
5. Euston Square (Hammersmith, Metropolitan and Circle Line) : 2 minutes

2) Tenancy contract duration: August 15th, 2024, to August 14th, 2025
