I am moving out from London and leaving my large ensuite available for rent! The room is in a 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bloomsbury.
About the room:
The room is really big with a king bed and very large wardroves for plenty of storage space. There is enough space to fit more chests of drawers, a tv or even a small couch. It has a big window/balcony to an outdoor quiet area, which ensures plenty of light coming into the room at any time of the day (sorry, bedroom pics were taken at night!).
And, of course, the ensuite bathroom attached to the room with toilet, sink and bathtub!
About the flat:
The flat is a duplex situated on the 2nd floor of the block. The ensuite is on the lower floor of the duplex, whilst the rest of the bedrooms and shared living spaces are on the upper floor. The best part of the flat, specially in summer, is the 2 large terraces on the upper floor where you can enjoy some nice sunshine whilst reading a book or having drinks with friends.
There is one parking space available in the gated garage free of charge as well as bicycle parking stations. The flat is in the top floor of a nice and safe residential building.
About the flatmates:
Sara (30yo Spanish) and Serena (28yo Canadian) are both professional workers. We sometimes host dinners with our friends (you're more than welcome to join!) but like to keep it professional during the week.
Sara and Serena usually work from home (living room upstairs), but this has never been a problem for as the ensuite room has its own floor with double doors and enough space to work independently.
Monthly rent details:
Electricity and water are included!
Exclusions: WiFi, Council Tax, Cleaner to share equally amongst all three tenants
