Large Double Room in Bloomsbury Flat

Hello! We’re looking for a fourth girl to join our flat. 🌟 Our current flatmate has unexpectedly needed to move out so we’re looking for a replacement tenant. Room is £886 per month (bills and wifi included, council tax not included) in a 4 bed/1 bath/1 WC flat. The room itself is huge since it’s a converted living room, 13.5m^2. Flat is approx. 6-8 mins walk from both kings cross or Russell square station. Move in from 27th Nov onwards and our tenancy is until 26th Aug 2025.

Non-negotiables are you must be a woman, non-smoking, and clean. 🧼 Since the flat doesn’t have ample common space, this is not a good fit if you like to throw pre drinks, parties, or dinner parties.

Three other people living at the flat are PhD students and a master’s student. We’re quiet with busy schedules, but we also love to chat as we’re making dinner. So, looking for someone with the same energy who would be a good addition, message me!🧘‍♀️
