We have a fully furnished room available for rent in our 2-bedroom flat, located in the WC1H area. The room comes with a double bed, two wardrobes, a desk with a chair, and a private balcony. The kitchen is upgraded with a new, larger fridge.

We are a professional couple, both working full-time, and we’re typically only home at night. We’re looking for a tidy, calm, and respectful tenant who cleans up after themselves. We rarely use the kitchen, so we appreciate someone who maintains cleanliness in shared spaces.

The flat is conveniently located in WC1H, with easy access to public transport. You’ll be close to a wide range of local amenities, including shops, cafes, restaurants, and parks. Excellent transport links to central London, with stations like Russell Square 10min walk and King’s Cross St Pancras International 7min walk.
