The flat is spread out over two floors, and the free bedroom is on the lower (below-ground) level, with windows looking up to the street. The room has double-glazed windows so it's very quiet. You'll have your own incredible bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower, located a few steps outside of your room.
Included furniture: bed, bedside table, lamp, dresser (with hanging space and drawers), bedding, and pillows.
While a desk is not included, the room comfortably fits a desk and desk chair, for a great WFH setup, as shown in the video.

You'll be living with me (I grew up in NYC, did my masters at LSE in 2022, and now work in tech) and Ritwin, who grew up in India, has lived in both NYC and London, and currently works at a health-tech company. We both work in offices a few days per week, and at home other days.
