We are looking for two tenants to take over our lease from the beginning of February 2025 until 07/01/2026 (roughly 11 months).

This is a lovely two bed right in the middle of London and on a quiet street with gardens at one end. About 8 mins walk from King’s Cross Station and 2 mins from Russell Square (Piccadilly Line), you are just round the corner from the Brunswick Centre (Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Tian Tian Market, Curzon Cinema, Nando’s, Itsu, Gail’s, GBK) - the location of this flat is excellent and really special - you can really walk everywhere from here!

The flat is on the top floor with good light from the skylights throughout. Two bedrooms, one large one small as it often is. Both are on the back of the building so also nice and quiet. The smaller one is a good size with light from the window, there is a double door wardrobe and then space for a bedside table and under bed storage. We also bought a big Ikea chest of drawers for the sitting room for extra storage which we can sell if anyone if interested.

The larger room has built in storage along on of the walls and is a huge room considering where you are in London. Plenty of space for a desk, bedside tables and more.

The sitting room is huge with a sofa, table and chairs and then the chest of drawers we built. With floor to ceiling shelves on one wall which are great for storage and decoration. The kitchen is a good size with nice light with dishwasher, oven/ stove top, fridge/ freezer and good storage space.

The rent is 2,100 pcm and bills come to roughly £250 total monthly.

We are looking for two people to take on the lease from 1st February 2025 until 7th January 2026. It might be possible to renew this further, we can ask Dexters the letting agents.
