✨ Room to let in Central London!

My flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so the room is going to be available starting from May.

Room details:
📆 Beginning of May, the exact date is flexible
💵 £1215 pcm plus bills (council tax band E)
📍Bloomsbury, walking distance to Russel Square (5 min) and Holborn (9 min) stations

The flat is also equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine/dryer.

I am preferably looking for a female flatmate, young professional, but open to other options as well. Unfortunately students are not accepted.

I am the only other flatmate, so we will be sharing the communal spaces and the bathroom.
The contract ends in September with the possibility to renew.
