Double room in Bloomsbury flat share

I’m looking for a (women preferably!) Lodger to rent the spare room in my flat for 3-6 months. £1000 deposit required and one months rent paid upfront.

My home is calm, exceptionally clean and tidy and has a very lovely cosy feel to it. In the heart of central London, everywhere is accessible very easily with Russell Square and King’s Cross/ St Pancras just a 7 mins walk away.

I have two pets, one small dog (4) and a little well trained kitten (8 months) and both are well behaved, friendly and sleep a lot! I travel for work twice a week and am usually out of the flat for 4 out of 7 days.

The share bathroom, kitchen and front room is to be kept spotless at all times. Serious enquires only. The room is available from 10 May.
