Double Room In Bloomsbury For Summer

Hi! I’m a student looking to leave my room for the summer months, with the tenancy ending on the 22nd of September. The room itself is a spacious double, with enough extra space for a desk and a wardrobe

Our flat is well situated, close to Holborn and Russel square stations, and a short walk to UCL, KCL, and LSE. It is next door to the lively lambs conduit street, with plenty of pubs, gyms, cafes and other amenities nearby.

There are two other bedrooms, and three other flatmates. The other two rooms have access to a balcony, and since the other flatmates are professionals this is often freely accessible during the day. There is also a bathroom, shared kitchen and a spare room.

The deposit is actually 1400 (SpareRoom wouldn’t allow me to list this), because the rent is a reduced share of the flat due to room size. Any applications require either proof of salary or a uk based guarantor.

We keep the house fairly tidy, are quiet in the week because of work but like to go out casually at weekends, and play sports etc together
