A spacious, bright double bedroom available in a 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom flatshare in central Holborn, just a short walk from the British Museum and major London universities.

Please note:
This is a private and peaceful flat. While everyone is friendly and respectful. It’s a great place to enjoy a short-term stay with a sense of privacy and independence.

The flatmates are clean, considerate, and easy to live with, but it’s not a party flat. We hope to find someone who appreciates a calm and tidy shared living environment.

Tenancy period: June 10th, 2025 – September 15th, 2025.
The rental period is negotiable – long-term stays are preferred, but short-term rentals are also welcome. Official contract transfer is available if needed. Perfect for summer internships or language course stays.

About the Room:
The room is equipped with a double bed (1.5m wide). Ideal for both studying and relaxing. It faces east, allowing plenty of natural sunlight. Perfect for singles or even couples.

About the Shared Areas:
You’ll share a fully equipped gas kitchen with essential cookware provided—ready to use without extra purchases. There’s a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. The flat is cleaned monthly in shared areas.

Transport and Getting Around:
Located within 8 minutes’ walk to Holborn and Russell Square Underground stations. Euston and King’s Cross train stations are just 20 minutes away on foot. Multiple bus stops are within 5 minutes’ walk. Save up to £70/week in transport as UCL, KCL, LSE, and UCL IOE are all within 8–15 minutes’ walk.

Current Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with 2 males and 1 female – a PhD student, a master’s student, and a young professional. Everyone is tidy, respectful, and easygoing. Ideal environment for students or working professionals.

About the Shared Areas:
There’s a shared gas kitchen with great ventilation and full cookware provided – no need to bring your own. The bathroom and separate toilet are shared. Note: there is no communal living room, but flatmates occasionally chat in the kitchen or hallway. Monthly professional cleaning is arranged for shared spaces.

Safety:
Located on the ground floor of a secure, access-controlled apartment building. Entry requires key card and key. No street-facing windows, very quiet and safe even when returning home late at night.

One-month deposit: £980(to householders)
One-month rent: £900 (negotiable)
→ Total upfront: £1880 (paid before move-in)

2. Utilities (Water / Electricity / Gas):
Bills are split equally among flatmates each month (AA system).
If you’re straightforward and easy to communicate with, I’m happy to cover the utilities for you.

3. Move-out Instructions:
• Please clean the room properly before moving out.
• Send me a quick video of the room once you’ve finished packing and cleaning.
