🔴 Hello everyone. I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Scape Bloomsbury from 16th June 2025 to 6th September 2025 (The dates are flexible). ALL BILLS INCLUDED

🛏️Room: You will be staying in a Standard Studio Room, including a comfy double bed, en-suite bathroom, large wardrobe, personal heat controls, super-fast WiFi, underbed storage, private kitchenette with fridge and freezer, microwave and two induction hobs. Note that my room is on the LG floor, so there is unfortunately no view.

🖥️Extra utilities: There are a few things that I can leave in my room for you to use if you decide to take over my sublease, including a Tefal 5l Airfryer and a 27-inch monitor to connect to your laptop.

📍Location: Central London, 5 min walk to UCL and SOAS, 20 min walk to LSE and King’s campus, 20 minutes walk to Leicester Square (West End), Covent Garden, SOHO. In the centre of all London life and activities — 10 minutes away from Tottenham Court Road and the British Museum. Really conveniently located within a 5-minute walk to ‘The Brunswick Centre’ with many grocery shops (Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, Tesco), as well as restaurants, and a cinema.

🏋️‍♀️Other amenities: The building provides full access to many common areas, including a common room with a kitchen, a fully-equipped 24/7 gym, 24/7 reception and security, study rooms on each floor, gaming rooms, and a laundry and dryer room. There is also bike storage. There is also a very efficient maintenance team that normally fixes any issues with your room within a day or two.
