I am a UCL student (4th year PhD in Pharmacology) looking for replacement student tenants (ideally group of 3) for this three-bedroom flat in which I have lived for the past 5 years. The flat has 3 rooms of 3 different sizes to fit every budget (cozy room: 7.4 m2; middle room: 14.6 m2; and large room: 24.4 m2).
I have had an amazing relationship with the landlords for the past 5 years. No impromptu visits, they were always transparent in communication, and they even renovated the bathroom during my stay. Moving out only because I am moving out from the country.
The landlords prefers UCL students due to the guarantor scheme. Students from other universities are still accepted. If they have a UK-based guarantor, payments would have to be made every three months; otherwise, six months in advance is required.

1) Location: The location is ideal for upcoming near Fitzrovia/Bloomsbury; right next to UCLH
Helpful landmarks:
1. UCL Main Quad : 2 minutes
2. Lidl, Tesco, Boots : 2 minutes
3. Cruciform Library : 1 minute
4. Warren Street (Victoria and Northern Line) : 5 minutes
5. Euston Square (Hammersmith, Metropolitan and Circle Line) : 2 minutes
2) Tenancy contract duration: August 15th, 2025, to August 14th, 2026 (ideally, the middle room would start from 15th July, 2025)
