This is a 3 bedroom house located in central london near to kings cross station. The house is fully furnished with a shared living space, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utilities, and large bedrooms overlooking green space. Opposite is a community garden.

Upstairs bedroom has a desk and chair, cupboards, and ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet, as well as large cupboard space and beautiful view overlooking green space.

Downstairs bedroom has a desk, chair, and cupboard.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The house will not have a TV after the move in date as this belongs to one of the existing tenants

There's a gym 5 minutes away, supermarkets and local shops nearby, all with great transport links to any part of the city, with fantastic rent for the area.

I'm a 23 year old professional working at a tech startup in Camden, looking for 2 housemates to join in October for a year+. I work from home two days a week and I like to keep things pretty neat and tidy. I'm very respectful of personal space, and would like to find people that I can talk to and joke with. I may have a few friends over very occasionally, and are happy if you do the same (as long as its no wild parties), I don't make a lot of noise, drink, or smoke, I'm pretty mature and chill. I like playing piano, occasionally exploring, drawing, sculpting, reading, going to the gym, studying etc. I like building and creating stuff in my free time, often at home
