Double room (bills inc) beautiful terraced flat

My flatmate Lucy and I are looking for a new flatmate. If you think you could be a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.

The flat

The flat is located in Bloomsbury, just a 5-minute walk from Euston, King’s Cross, and Russell Square so it is incredibly well connected. It’s on the top floor of a secure building, spread over two levels, with two beautiful terraces: one with a BBQ and the other with sofas. The area is full of cafés and bookshops, and you can walk to most central places.

The room

The room comes with a double bed and enough space for a tall wardrobe. You’d be sharing the bathroom and floor with only one other flatmate. The price of the room already includes electricity, gas, and water, which is a big plus! Hence, it is only missing council tax + wifi.

The flatmates

We’re Lucy and Sara, from the UK and Spain. We both work and love hosting the occasional dinner, but we also keep to our routines during the week. Once a year, we even throw a big cooking competition! We keep the flat really clean and have put a lot of effort into making it a nice place to live, so we’re looking for someone who shares that motivation.

You

We’re looking for someone in their early 30s, ideally working or in postgraduate studies. The idea is to find a flatmate with a similar schedule, who’s looking for a home rather than just a flatshare.
